I am using Outlook 2000 and have a question about formatting calendar

I am using Outlook 2000 and have a question about formatting calendar
apponitments in the weekly format.

I have my wife's work schedule in my calendar so I know when she'll be at
work, and know when not to schedule client meetings (we're freelancers).I
would like the font color for her schedule dates to be light gray, but I
can't figure out a way to do that. The "importance" level doesn't even
change the color, or show the "!" or low icons.

you need to use automatic formatting and a table view. View, Current view,
define views.
