I-bar and Cross Cursors

When pressing Win+S to capture screen, the cursor remains to be an I-bar
(|), instead of a cross (+)? How can I cure the cursor/pointer problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Armstrong,

Have you tried using Screen Clipping from the Insert menuin OneNote
to do screen capture?

Does that cause the same problem on your machine?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your response. Even using Insert|Screen Capture (instead of
Win+S), it's the same I-bar. How could I correct it to a Cross
pointer/cursor?

Currently the only way to correct it "temporarily" is through Control
Panel|Printers and other Hardware|Mouse. Once the computer is re-booted, the
Cross pointer/cursor is gone. I've to reset it again manually. It's a
tedious methold.
