I can not connect to the project server?

I am a new user of Project server 2003.
I can not connet to the project server from web and ms project2003
Yesterday I can, but today I cannot.

I can access sharepoint files throught the web

I think there is something wrong with the server. Could you please tell me
what should I do on the server? Thanks a lot!

Thank you. The problem is solved. I restarted the server and the problem is
automatically gone. I don't know why.
