I can not find <Tools> then <Web Service References>???

I can not find <Tools> then <Web Service References>???

I'm working on a Visual Studio.net project that uses
Access as the client to call an XML Web Service. In the
walkthrough it tells me to add a web reference while in
the VBA Editor of the On_Click Event of a Button
control. It says to click <Tools> then <Web Service
References> I can not find this tool anywhere can you
please help me find it?

You may have to re-install Office. The Web Service References tool is part
of the VBE IDE that installs when you install Office XP.
