I can not print some messages due to script error ?

When I use print preview, a box appeared and said that I can not preview HTML
format messages. Then clicked Print on the menu bar and an error occured as
belows :

"An error has occured in the script of this page
Line 1344
Char 1
Error Unspecified
Code 0
URL res:''c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg
Do you want to running scripts in this page ?"

I clicked YES and nothing happened. I can not print out the message.
Please help me to solve this matter.
