I CAN NOT SEE SOME ATTACHMENTS IN PREVIEW PANE

I MADE AN UPGRADE FROM OFFICE 2004 TO OFFICE 2008. IN ENTOURAGE 2004 I CAN SEE ALL ATTACHMENTS (JPG FILES) IN PREVIEW PANE, NO MATHER IF FILE SIZE IS BIG OR LITTLE. NOW, IN ENTOURAGE 2008 I CAN NOT SEE PREVIEW IF JPG FILE IS BIGGER THAN 600KB. HOW I CAN MODIFY THIS?
I NEED TO SEE FILES IN PREVIEW PANE, THIS IS VERY HELPFULLY IF YOU RECEIVE ALL DAY E-MAILS WITH A LOT OF IMAGES (THIS IS MY JOB). ENTOURAGE 2004 LET ME SAVE A LOT OF TIME AVOIDING TO OPEN ONE BY ONE ALL FILES.

DEAR LINDA,
USING ENTOURAGE 2004 I SEE THAT PROBLEM, WHEN I ATTACHED SOME FILES THEY DESSAPEAR BEFORE I SEND THE E-MAIL, I NEEDED TO ATTACH THE FILES FOR A SECOND TIME. I HAVE NOT THAT PROBLEM WITH ENTOURAGE 2008...BY NOW.

Does the message stay in the Inbox? What type of attachment? How large? Is
it archived/zipped/stuffed?

I also cannot view attachments in the message preview pane. I didn't know there was a 600KB file size limit. Can anyone help me? Is there a way to force Entourage 2008 to display jpgs of any size the way Entourage 2004 used to?

You can send feedback. Entourage 2008 will not show jpgs on the message if
they are over 400kb.

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications.

attachments are jpg or eps files, with previous version of entourage i can see in preview pane all attachments preview, but with entourage new version i need to save attachments to hard drive then open them with photoshop or other else software, it waist a lot of time. Most of my attachments are above 600kb or 1Mb.

Use Preview to open. Much faster.
