I can not send email

My email can not send through outlook express.

I can receive
I have checked all settings

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

When I scan a document or photo to E-Mail it will say sending to out look
express then it will not open up outlook express. I am using a visions one
touch 9320.

Ask either the vendor of the one touch or in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
