I can not sent email from outlook 2003

on friday I was sunddenly not able to sent emails. Norton scanning would
start and would then generate aa message saying my emails were seen as phish
or spam. after troubleshooting with norton the wecuirty program was removed
from my computer. still I can not sent emails. spoke with my email
provider. they can send emails from my web mails however I can not send
emails from my computer. I have a yahoo acct which can send emails. I have
cleared cookies and history. I have rebooted. any ideas?...

What is the error message/number when your send attempt fails?

sending error report 0x800ccc6f reports internal error..... the server
repsoned 554 sorry, message looks like spam or phish to me

It's not SPAM or phishing, it's your mail server trying to tell you what's
wrong. The exact error message is important. Is this what it tells you:

Task XXXX - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP)
e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider
(ISP). The server responded: 554 mail server permanently rejected message
(#5.3.0)'

If the above is not the correct error message, please post the one you
receive.

What version of Outlook are you using?

the message is correct except fpr the last line which reads "The server
responded: 554 Sorry, message looks like spam or phish to me"
