I just installed Norton Systemworks 2006 last month. Up until that time, I
could send and receive emails in Microsoft Outlook 2000. Now, when I click
the send button (on either a reply, forward or new message), it just sits
there, like it's frozen. If I exit it, it wants me to save or cancel it. I
spoke with Norton and they had me turn on Norton completely and try to send.
It still didn't work. They told me I needed to contact Microsoft. I have
told the emails to use the same authentication as my incoming emails (since
they work). This is what my internet service said I should do. I don't get
an error code. It just sits there. It doesn't go to the Outbox or the sent
box. Nothing. One time I waited 30 minutes, with nothing else on. I
finally had to delete it. Please help.
