i can receive but not send in outlook express

Can anyone help i can recieve lots of emails but canot send any is there a
port which is blocking . i ve removed all anti virus stuff but still will
not send i've tried everything in the properties of that account.

Check that you have set the SMTP (Simple Mail Transport Protocol) server
correctly for your ISP in the account you use. If you don't know what the
SMPT Server, you need to get it from your ISP.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. Please direct your OE question to
the OE newsgroup "microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie4.outlookexpress"
