but not send.
This is the message I get.

deutch vergessen haben zeit 1951 wen ich hier ruber gekommen hat.

Hi Klaus,
but your german is good as well. Okay we do it in english
1. START | CONTROL PANEL | MAIL
2. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles button.
3. On the General tab, click to select the PROMT FOR A PROFILE TO BE USED
check box and click ADD.
4. Now you have to give the profile a name and click OK.
5. In the E-Mail Accounts dialog box, click ADD A NEW E-MAIL ACCOUNT, and
then click NEXT.
6. Select the appropriate server type for your new e-mail account, and then
click NEXT.
7. Fill in the appropriate information as prompted, and then click NEXT and
FINISH as needed. After that click OK.

Hope this could solve your problem
