I can receive email but I can't send

I just switched from dialup to a satellite dish. I can send and receive
email from their email program, but I much prefer Outlook 2003. I can
receive email but I cannot send without getting the error message 554
<70-41-158-225cust.wildblue.net Client host rejected:access denied
What should I do next?

You probably need to change your SMTP server settings (outbound mail) to
whatever your ISP tells you - and you may need to authenticate to it first
(provide credentials). Check with the ISP for support. If they tell you they
don't support Outlook, but only OE, just tell them you want the SMTP server
settings (name, whether authentication is required, whether it uses SSL
and/or an alternate port).
