I can recieve but not send email using Outlook 2000.

I brought my laptop home from work...i have dsl at work and cable at
home...but now I cant send any email messages through outlook. I have to go
directly to the site and log on and then send any of my messages. Pain in
the rear! I've checked the pop and smtp info and its correct, all the
settings seem correct. Any help is greatly appreciated.
