I can send but can't receive emails

outlook has always worked great until today. I can send out emails but cannot
receive any emails. When anyone tries to send me an email, it bounces back to
them saying that my mailbox is too full, which cannot be the case because I
have emptied the account. Any tips??

Tina - you may have emptied your "Deleted Items" folder, but how many items
do you have in your "Sent" and "Inbox" folders? You may have to clean those
up a bit as well. It might be helpful to remove any large attachments,
especially from the emails in your "Sent" folder.
