I can send email from outlook, but not receive email, however it .

my provider is Earthlink, I have purchased email addresses I want to use, not
my Earthlink address. I would like to receive all my email on Outlook. I
have it set up the way Earthlink said, but cannot receive email. If I go to
my webmail I can both send and receive. I get conflicting setups from
Earthlink and my purchased email support groups. Any ideas?

Perhaps post in an Outlook newsgroup? This one is for Word.

Btw, EarthLink support leaves a lot to be desired. You'd have better
luck searching their support pages on their web site to find your
answers.
