I cannot activate microsoft office 2007

I know I'm supposed to activate it online before I use it the maximum 25
times which i did not do so it has gone into reduced functionality mode and i
the websiteb is not allowing me to activate it. tried reinstalling it but i'm
still getting it in reduced functionality mode. what should i do?
