I cannot change the folder name!

[Somebody help me!!!]

I use primus email and hotmail. On the folder list, folders belong to primus
mail somehow show as "?????", "????????" and others include some symbols such
as square and % and so on. And I cannot even rename them! Strangely enough
those folders belong to hotmail are displayed correctly. It only happens with
Outlook but not with Outlook Express. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Ask the vendor of primus email.
