I cannot connect to virginmedia email servers in outlook 2003

i keep getting timeout message from the server but virgin media it state
nothing wrong?

Do you have a personal firewall installed that could be blocking Outlook
from making that connection? (eg. Norton Internet Security, ZoneAlarm, .etc)
