I cannot create an Account in Business Contact Manager

When I select the arrow next to New I do not see Account as an option.
Selecting New gives me an Account form. I enter an account name but when I
try to save the Account I get the message that the File As field for this
contact is empty. I cannot enter anything in the primary contact field. What
am i doing wrong?
