I cannot delete an email message in Entourage Mail

A week or so back, I received an email and a duplicate. I am able to read and access attachments to both emails. However, I cannot move or delete the duplicate email.

I have searched Entourage HELP and this forum for an answer. No luck!

Has any one else experienced this? Can you provide a solution?

What kind of account are you using? If it is an 'online' account (Exchange,
HTTP, IMAP), this might be a phantom message stuck in Entourage's cache. In
that case, ctrl-/right-click the folder in the folder list and choose
Refresh Message List; if that doesn't work, try Repair Message List next.
