I cannot find import and export options

Hi

I'm trying to export my outlook mail folder to another pc while my laptop is
repaired and then back to the laptop again. The probelm I have is that when I
go to the File menu I should have the option to import/export but that option
simply isn't there . It is on other pc's that I've looked at. I'm running XP
Pro and Office 2003 Small Business.

I have managed to locate the PST file so I could tranfer the data to an
extenal drive but without the import option how do I get the mails back on to
my laptop ?
And why cant I see the Fiel, Import and Export Option ? How do I fix that ?

This won't directly answer your question about where the import/export
options are...but the PST file contains all of your messages as well as your
calendar, contacts, notes, etc.. Just copy that file...it's a far better
method than import/export for what your needs are in this case.

With OL closed copy the pst
Then in OL File>Open>Data File......browse to pst
