I cannot find my registration number for Office/came loaded/no cd

My HP computer came loaded with a trial version of Office 2003 for teachers
and students. I later paid over $250 through Microsoft to register it.
Since I had to reformat my hard drive I no longer have access to my
Office/Word programs because I never had a disc with a registration number on
it. EVERY attempt I have made to email microsoft REQUIRES the bleeping
registration number! <scream> Any suggestions? Please? : )

Thanks. I finally found someone via phone at microsoft using the same number
you provided (nice job) and spoke first to a dim person who had no clue how
to help me and put me on hold then cut me off. Then I called back and got
Depa who have me a number for the company that actually handles those
transactions. I forgot the name of the company, but their number is
1-800-883-8573. They looked up my transaction by using my email address and
I had my code within a couple minutes. : ) Thanks to you and Depa! Hope
this helps others as it has been a frustrating process!
