I cannot get a Organizational Mailbox calender to be private.

This is the problem. I have one of my users that has his personal mailbox
linked to a organizational mailbox. Basically he is the owner of the Org Box.
This user does not want other people to view the Org Mailbox Calender. We
created a Dummy account to test this situation. We were unable to view any of
his personal outlook emails, or calender events, naturally of course. When we
go to view The org mailbox, we can see only his folders setup in the org box,
no emails etc, but are also able to see the Calender. We verified all
exchange level permissions, and all seems to be the same permissions as his
personal mailbox. Can someone with more knowledge of MS Outlook/exchange
help me out on this? I just want to find a way to Make the Org
Mailbox/calender private.
