I cannot get background sound in outlook 2003

When I try to add background sound in outlook 2003 I get the following: This
object was created in HTMLInline Soundctl. This application is not available
to open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and
that it has not been moved, deleted or renamed.

This error was introduced by SP2 for Windows XP. Microsoft is aware of the
issue, but I have no details on whether or not it will be fixed in the near
future.

Thanks, neo. I have been searching for a answer to this all day. Appreciate
your quick response. Should have come here in the first place instead of
waisting my time with Microsoft.

It will most likely not be fixed as it was a security hole and Microsoft
closed it with Windows XP SP-2. I highly doubt they will reopen that hole.
