I cannot get my hp designjet 500ps to print in publisher 2003

After upgrading from Office 2000 to 2003, I am unable to print publisher 2003
documents on my hp designjet 500ps printer. I did not have any problems prior
to the upgrade. Thank you.

Yes, I did check for updated drivers, downloaded, and installed them but it

HP has an enormous amount of support documents and forums. Most of the support for
these printers are unavailable to those who do not have one in their possession. You
would be better served asking for HP support.
