I cannot get print preview to work in Outlook e-mail

If i hit the forward key, the print preview function appears active. It is
grayed out in the original e-mail

Print Preview is not available for HTML formatted e-mails

Are you using SP1? Typically, you need to reinstall all
service packs after reinstalling office. Go to Help, Check for updates to
install it.

It is available if I try to forward the e-mail, which is what I do when I
want to get a print preview
