I cannot install organizational chart feature

I am trying to edit an organizational chart in Word - it keeps telling me I
have to re-install the feature from my Office 2000 disks. I do this and it
still does not work. Any hep would be appreciated.

Hi Dick,

Are you running Norton Antivirus? If so, open that apps control center and in the Miscellaneous tab turn off the MS Office plug in,
then start your Office apps and see if you still get the error message.
