I am running XP SP1 (networking reasons) and I cannot use briefcase. Its not
in the menu when i try and create a new folder, where it should be. Yes, I
have checked in the accessories tab in the windows components part of the
add/remove programs. I know where that should be too from my other computer.

Is it possible that I uninstalled it somehow? Is there a way I can
re-install it? I've been looking around for an answer, but I'm coming up
short with all of the knowledge base articles.

Hi - you might get more luck in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general, as
Briefcase is a Windows thing, not an Office thing.

That said, if you have XP Pro, you have Offline Files (better than
briefcase) Regardless, there's a great, inexpensive third party app at
www.centered.com (better than briefcase *or* Offline Files in my opinion).
