I cannot open a .jpg attachment in Outlook. Can you help correct?

Until two weeks ago I could open artwork or pictures sent as .JPG's, on my
Outlook.
When I use a different computer and go through MSN, the attachments open
withour hesitation.
Is this a security issue or have I selected a "conversion" that will not
allow the images to open?
