I cannot open links in a e mail message in Outlook 2007

After removing Buisness Contact Manager I cannot open any link in any e mail
I receive. An error window pops up an says " This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your
system adminstrator."
I have since reinstalled buisness contact manager and tried a repair from
the Office 2007 CD but still it does not work. Any help would be greatly
appriciated.

This happens when your default Internet browser is not properly registered
in Windows. You must reset your default browser as the default in Windows
again. How? That depends on you version of Windows and which Internet
browser you are actually using.
