I cannot open links in my email messages

It doesn't matter whether the link is in my outgoing mail or incoming mail,
If I click on the link it get the message that the administrator says I don't
have the privileges, yet I can open the link if I copy it to IE.

When did this happen? It could be your email settings have been
altered. Try this:

1) Open your outlook and then go to Tools, Options
2) In the first tab called Preferences you have one button called
E-Mail Options. click on it.
3) Fifth item should be "Read all standard mail in plain text". REMOVE
the check mark against this and click OK
4) Now click on another tab called "Mail Format"
5) Compose in this format: Change this to HTML by clicking on
down-arrow button next to it.
6) Click OK
7) Exit from OL and then launch it again.

Test whether you can now click on links.

The above instructions apply to OL 2003
