I cannot open outllook. After deleting and reinstalling, no luck!

Outllook was working just fine until I imported MSN messages into it. Now I
cannot open Outlook at all. I performed a complete delete and reinstall of
Microsoft Office. No luck. I did a repair check feature. No luck with this
either.
What can I do to get Outlook to work?
Desperate for answers!

Which version of Outlook Exchange (2003,XP,2000,97) or are you referring
to Outlook Express?

Windows XP.
Ok. Just got off the phone with tech support at MS. Brilliant person just
helped me restore my outlook. What we did: Deleted User profiles at Control
Panel/Mail/Show Profiles/Remove. Then went back and added profile. It worked!
