I have installed all the updates for my Office Ultimate 2007 via Microsoft
update using Vista Ultiomate 32 bit. Today I tried to print my calender with
some appointments I need to keep and I got an error message as follows:
"Unable to save the print settings. Make sure the file C:\Users\My account
name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\OutlPrnt exists and can be written to."
There was no file named OutlPrnt in that folder, however there were some
with similar names. For the first print attempt a file named OutlPrnt0 was
present... the number increments with each unsuccessfule print attempt.
OutlPrnt1... 2... 3... etc.
I looked on the tech support web page and found that even though I paid
Megabucks for the Ultimate version of Office 2007 Professional I can only get
free technical support 90 days from the date I activate my product and there
is a minimum $49.99 per incident fee so I thought I would ask here if anyone
had any suggestions before pursueing this with Microsoft $$$$$ technical
drain your wallet support.
I am using Hewlett Packard 7410 All-in-One printer and am able to print
from all the Office products except the ones related to Outlook.
I have Vista Ultimate 32 bit as my OS. I am running a quad core processor
with 4GB of RAM.
I really do need to print from Outlook so any help pr suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks you!!!
