Please help! I'm not getting important .doc attachments in Outlook 2003.
Starting on 5/16/05, I received emails that I was told contained attachments
in .doc. I checked the emails, but there were no attachments. (There weren't
any paperclips which tell me that there is an attachment, but it is blocked.)
My ISP is Wide Open West Cable. When I open my email from the Web, the
attachments appear, but when I open my Outlook, the attachments aren't there.
(If I forward the email with the attachment from my WOW account through my
WOW email address and then open Outlook, the attachment/email will appear.
For instance, if I open my WOW webmail, the attachment appears, but when I
open Outlook, only the email is there. When I go back to the WOW webmail,
click on Forward and send the email from (e-mail address removed) with the
attachment to (e-mail address removed), then it will appear in Outlook. However, it
doesn't appear when I go directly to Outlook and open the email from
(e-mail address removed).
I hope I'm explaining this correctly and that someone can help me!! I have
never had this problem before.
