I cannot receive replys or emails from some people in my contact list. This
problem started in May after years of receiving emails from these same
contacts. I can send mail and they receive it - they send a reply or back
mail to me but I never get it. It shows up in their sent box

I have contacted my ISP and Norton Internet Security support team for
help, they were unable to resolve the problem. I tried uninstalling all
internet security and firewalls - still no resolution to the problem. Please
help!!!!

Sounds like a problem on their server.

Have those people type in your full email address when they email you.
Have them try this instead of doing a reply on an email you sent them,
or picking your name from a contact list.

I"m having a similar issue with a user who cannot receive email from
"some" people. And I think these "some" people are users running
OL2000. This all began when I installed a new PC and put this user on
OL2003, off of the OL2000 he was running. When they type in his full
email address, he'll get the email. When they do a reply or pick his
name from a contact list, he will not get it. The sending user gets no
notification of a delivery failure.

Still working on and my next step is to see if users running OL2003
have this same issue.
