I cannot see filenames in Open File Dialog Box because of long pat

In word 2003, how can I resolve it, i.e., customize the Open File Dialog Box ?

My problem is with filenames not shown in the recently used file list because
of long path.

Hi Ram,

Unfortunately in Word 2003 the Files menu width doesn't stretch, but you can go to
File=>Open=>My Recent Documents
for longer names & paths.

In Word 2007's Most Recently used list, they've added a mouseover tooltip that shows the full path and name.
