I cannot see how to link from home page to another

Normally I would link from one page to another in Dreamweaver for example by
highlighting the text, typing e.g' index.htm' in a dialog box, 'enter' and
clicking on that highlighted text and opening the other page.

I cannot see how to do it in Publisher! The syntax seems different!
