I cannot stop Outlook from capitalizing the word after a period, .

I cannot stop Outlook from capitalizing the word after a period, even when it
is not proper. I have disabled "Start new sentence after a period" but it
still does it. I have disabled "Autocorrect" completely but it still does it.
