I don't understand the reason, but I have some Calendar data on Entourage that is not sync with iCal.
It does mean that these data is not in my mobile.me and iPhone.

I made a lot of investigation w/o success.

I know that Sync Service takes around 90% of CPU and does nor sync.

Please help!

Are they in iCal??
You can always try turning synching off, then back on to reset it.

Not good. You might have some data corruption hanging the entiure
process somewhere.
Relaunch Entourage pressing the option key down to rebuild your
identity.

Before you rebuild run the verify to make sure the DB is running
correctly. If you decide to rebuild back up your main identity. There
is a known problem with rebuild and it may or may not work. If it
doesn't work, Entourage won't start. You can then go to your backed up
identity as long as verify indicated the DB is working correctly.

There is also known issues with Entourage and sync services which
causes problems - one of which is what you are describing. There is a
way of working around this (posted in this forum and Mactopia) but it
does involve a bit of fussing. A number of users have moved to
alternate platforms (e.g. Apple Apps, back to 2004 but this wouldn't
solve your problem as you need to use sync serv and ENT04 has the same
issue as 08).

FYI, rebuilding automatically creates a backup of the identity. You can
always revert to the previous identity (it had the same name, plus the
date of the backup).

I agree with you Corentin. I just think its best to also backup up the
main identity as a zip file (right click compress). However, I find my
time machine backups invaluable as the backed up file may be corrupted
anyway so I just go back in time to the first non corrupted file. I
might loose some data but I haven't lost all my categories, links and
projects etc. Just maybe a bit of data from the first good working
file to the present.

That's correct, but I always advise making a copy first because sometimes
the rebuild goes bad and your backup is hosed. Even though this is rare,
it's too easy to prevent by duplicating your Identity first.

It is NOT recommended that you backup Entourage with Time Machine on the
hourly schedule. As a general rule you should shut down all Office programs
(including Office Notifications) before any Entourage backups. If the not
the backup could be corrupt.

Alternative method to use Entourage and Time Machine (does a once a day or
whatever time period you select) This quits Entourage and the Microsoft
Database daemon allowing for once a day backup into Time Machine.
