I cann't automatically update Office 2003 Pro through office web

When I go to <http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx>
and try to automatically check for updates, there is a message that
said:"Office Update site is currently experiencing some technical
difficulties and is unable to check for updates.Click the Try Again link
below to try loading the site again (do not use the Refresh button on your
browser to reload the site). If problems persist, please contact Microsoft
Support for assistance. You can also search for Office updates in the
Download Catalog."
Iwondering if it is something wrong with my computer or if the site never
work...I've trying to automatically update since last month!
This really sucks, I have to choose what to update for each office program
