I Can't Activate Office 2007 SBE - what do I do?

I have a new PC running Vista Premium, with the PC I bought an OEM version of
Office 2007 SBE (all from Mesh). I loaded the Office software and registered
it on-liine. I noticed yesterday that facilities in Outlook, such as reply /
reply to all and even options were 'greyed out'. Now i find that Word and
Excel are all but unusable.

I went on the MS Office website to look for a solution onlyto be told that
my copy is not Activated. I followed the Activation instructions in both
Word and Excel ( but when I click on the Active button via the Office button
and Resources) for both programmes nothing happens. I appear to have bought
software that I caan't use. Any help would be grtefully received.

You must obtain the activation key for the OEM software from the vendor you
purchased it from.

Thanks Tom, but isn't the Activation Key the same as ther product key? In
any case, when I click on the Activate button nothing happens - how can I
activate office without going through 'application' options - resources -
activate route?
