I can't add new email accounts

I was going to delete my pop account and add an imap account, but when I go to ENTOURAGE, ACCOUNT SETTINGS, ACCOUNTS, only my current accounts show up. The weird thing is there is no icon to add new accounts it is gone..... I have no way of adding new accounts in entourage. I can do it fine in mail but the add new in entourage 08 is gone. I added the newest updated to Entourage yesterday could this have caused the problem?

First try testing in a new Identity. Under Entourage in the Menu bar select
Switch Identity and create a new account. If it works in a new Identity then
it's not a bad update.

If it does not work, then your update had problems....

Do you have a backup version of Office in Time Machine or another backup
drive? If yes, then replace it with 12.1.0 version and update to 12.1.5. Be
sure you log out/in with Shift key down when installing updaters. This
disables all open applications including the hidden ones. Restart and you
should have a good install.

Click the little tic-tac in the upper right corner of the Accounts
window. This will display the buttons you need.

Optionally, while viewing the Accounts window select View --> Show Toolbar.
