i can't align labels to print a whole page

After changing the settings and space between top of page and between each
label, it still prints outside of the label on paper!!!

If your document is formatted for the label stock that you are using, no
adjustment to those dimensions should be necessary. If when you print on
plain paper the layout is OK, then it is a problem with the ability of your
printer to accurately handle the label stock.
