I can't attach my vcf contact card as part of my signature

I can no longer attach my vcf contact card as part of my signature. Each
time I start a new e-mail, I get the error message in Word: Can't create
file xxx.vcf. Right-click the folder you want to creat the file in, then
click Properties on the short-cut menu to check your permissions for the
folder."

Using Office 2003 Pro and Windows XP Pro OS
