I can't change the default text size when opening Outlook 2003 messages

When I open and read Outlook 2003 HTML messages the present default
size for viewing text is set at medium. I would like the default size
for viewing text when opening HTML mesages in Outlook to be set at
largest. Is there a way that I can change the default for viewing text
to largest?
