I can't connect dataview webpart with MS Access 2003 in FP2003

I would like to display some data in Sharepoint 2003 from MS Acccess via
DataView web part. When i try to connect to Access by clikcing "Add to
catalog" and enter custom connection string as
"Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data
Source=\\dxb02103\northwind\north.mdb;User Id=Admin;Password=;", it says,
Server Error : not able to connect........

Could any body help on this? Thanks in advance
