I can't copy multiple attachments from rtf to html in outlook2003,

I sometimes receive messages in rtf, which may contain multiple attachments,
I want to copy and paste a number of these attachments into a new email, if
the new message is composed in rtf I have no problem copying and pasting
multiple items in on instance, but if the new message is composed in html, I
have to copy the attachments over one at a time, which can be time consuming
if there is a large number of them, is there a fix for this? or is this how
it is?

I found by looking on this site that this was a problem with earlier
versions of Outlook, and would hopefully be resolved in Outlook2003, but
found it's fixed for Office2007.
