I Can't download templates using Office 2000 Pro

The new Microsoft authentication program isn't recognizing my bought & paid
for Genuine Microsoft Office 2000 Pro software and I can't figure out a way
to download templates.

Is there a way to download these?

Check your firewall to be sure you are allowing the downloads. Look to see if
you have the Media component enabled in the Manage Add-ins. Did you accept the
ActiveX when asked?

Put Office into your trusted area in Internet Explorer.
In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, security tab, highlight Trusted
sites, click the Sites button, clear "Require server verification (https:) for
sites in this zone." Type http://office.microsoft.com in the Add this website to
the zone.

I added the URL to my Trusted Sites in IE and that did the trick.
