My SPAM button was there on Friday, but gone missing on Tuesday.
Not an issue with Outlook. Your anti-spam software added a macro or
add-on that added the toolbar button.
Trend Micro security software says the SPAM filter is turned on, but I
can't find the button on Outlook.
Uninstall TrendMicro's software. Optionally reinstall it (I say
optionally because I am definitely not a fan of their, er, "stuff").

Not an Outlook issue. Contact TrendMicro for help on THEIR product and
why their add-on is not creating a toolbar button. However, before
doing so, maybe you should just right-click on the toolbar and
customize it to see if an entry is listed for the Spam button so you
can simply re-add it (or remove it and re-add to ensure toggling its
setting).
