I can't get my macros to print from the right trays.

We have a Konica Minolta all-in-one with three trays, one with plain, one
with bond and one with our letterhead. I'm trying to set up macros that will
override any settings in the individual documents and print from the trays we
choose using the macros, but I'm having no luck.

I've checked to make sure I'm creating the macros correctly and have checked
the properties on the individual documents. I've also checked for print
codes in the documents, but found I don't really know what they look like.

Any suggestions?
